Biography
My name is Meghan Shand I help people who are have struggled to lose weight through nutrition/lifestyle/mindset changes. I have 20 years experience in the health and wellness field. I started out in massage therapy and personal training and then became a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner. As helpful as that was to my clients I still felt there was more I could do for my clients.
I believe to heal and make lasting changes you must deal with your mindset and your past. I am here to guide you toward the most energetic healthier lifestyle you can imagine and let go of what’s holding you back.
